Driveway & Surface Protection
Roll-off dumpsters are heavy and may cause surface markings, scratches, cracks, or impressions to concrete, asphalt, gravel, or other paved surfaces due to the weight of the container and normal placement and removal operations.
BR Roll-Offs, Inc. is NOT responsible for damage to driveways, pavements, curbs, sidewalks, or other surfaces that may occur during standard delivery, placement, or pickup of rental containers.
The customer or contractor is solely responsible for protecting all surfaces prior to delivery.
Protective materials — such as plywood or boards — should be placed at the delivery location to help distribute weight and reduce the risk of surface damage.
BR Roll-Offs will take reasonable care during delivery and pickup. However, the company assumes responsibility only for damage resulting directly from negligence outside of normal operating procedures (for example, improper handling or dropping of a container).
NOTE: By scheduling delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
